My story didn’t begin in a commercial kitchen or with a big investor. It began in the quiet hours of my home — mixing, testing, failing, praying, and trying again — a way to rebuild myself after leaving an abusive marriage. Baking became both my therapy and my way of bringing people together over something sweet, comforting, and safe. Everyone deserves dessert that feels like home, no matter their allergies or dietary needs.

For years, I ran a tiny award-winning bakery in Naples that thrived on love, grit, and the joy on a customer’s face when they realized this was a treat they could finally enjoy. But small spaces can only hold a dream for so long. When the storefront chapter closed, I didn’t walk away. I rebuilt.

Today, CĀK’D is the next evolution of that journey — a line of handcrafted baking mixes made with the same small-batch precision, premium ingredients, and from-scratch spirit that built my bakery’s reputation. Every pouch is blended by hand. Every recipe is tested until the texture is just right. And every mix is designed to feel like home: warm, nostalgic, and effortlessly delicious.
