You can bake the whole bag at once, or use our smaller proportioning guide to make just what you need — each quarter-batch (about 208 g of mix) makes 6 cupcakes or one 6×3″ mini layer. Simply whisk the dry mix with 2 cups oat milk and ¾ cup oil for the full bag (or scale down using our guide), then bake as directed.
