Each full bag makes 24–26 standard cupcakes, two 8″ layers, or three 6″ layers with a soft crumb, rich spice aroma, and the signature moist texture our bakery is known for — at less than $0.70 per cupcake, it’s the easiest way to bring small-batch comfort to any menu or kitchen.


You can bake the whole bag at once, or use our smaller proportioning guide to make just what you need — each quarter-batch (about 208 g of mix) makes 6 cupcakes or one 6×3″ mini layer. Simply whisk the dry mix with 2 cups oat milk and ¾ cup oil for the full bag (or scale down using our guide), then bake as directed. Includes variation instructions on back to turn this mix into our signature Pumpkin or Carrot Cake.
